The Ignite Engine uses a combination of OpenAI and Google AI Studio (Gemini). Together, they’ve proven to be the most effective at analyzing websites, content, and buyer-facing messaging. Pairing these with my frameworks and expertise ensures insights that are both accurate and actionable.

Very little. Most services require just a few minutes to complete the intake form. Only the Custom Narrative program involves meetings, workshops, interviews, and sharing of draft materials or additional details. Beyond that, the work is on me and the Ignite Engine — not you.

Inputs are simple and vary by service:

• Pulse Check, Snapshot, and Playbook: Just a few basics — your name, email, company or solution name, website URL, competitor company/solution name(s) and URL(s), and a short description of your buyers or target audience and/or business goals.

• Accelerator: In addition to the basics, you’ll share the reason you need a new narrative, your in-progress, internally-developed messaging or narrative documents so I can evaluate, refine, and expand upon what you already have. Additional background materials such as buyer persona profiles, product/solution/portfolio details, use cases, etc. are also helpful.

Remember that input quality is crucial to high quality output. All inputs will be reviewed and validated to help ensure quality. If there are errors that I cannot easily rectify, you will be asked to complete the input form again.

Reports for the Checkup and Snapshot services are typically delivered in a few hours, but can take up to two business days.

Playbook reports are typically delivered same day, but also may take up to two business days.

Reports for all fully automated services may be delayed due to technical issues.

The Custom Narrative program can be completed in as little as two weeks, but three-four is more typical. We will work together to develop a schedule based upon your schedule and the availability of your contributors.

Every service delivers a professional PDF report, sent directly to you via email or through the secure client portal. Depending upon the service, a review session with me may be included or available as an add-on.
