Welcome to Rebecca Lynne Thorburn Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). Reports and deliverables provided may be developed via proprietary AI-powered prompts, automation, consulting services, and strategic outputs designed to enhance your positioning, messaging, and marketing effectiveness.

By accessing or using our services, website, tools, or submitting information through our platform (including any related integrations), you agree to the following Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy.

1. Terms of Service

1.1. Services Provided

Rebecca Lynne Thorburn Consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • AI Search Readiness Assessment + Blueprint

  • AI Search Readiness Snapshot

  • Competitive Narrative Playbook

  • Competitive Narrative Pulsecheck

  • Strategic Narrative Accelerator

  • Content Buyer Impact Analysis

  • Custom consulting and advisory, content development, strategic narrative development

Services may include AI-generated outputs, human-led consulting, automation, and proprietary generative AI prompts.

1.2. Payment and Refund Policy

Select services must be paid in full prior to delivery via approved payment methods (e.g., QuickBooks, Stripe). Payment for custom services may be paid via retainer, invoice, or other methods as determined and agreed to by the company and the client.

Due to the customized nature of digital and strategic services, all sales are final once services commence. No refunds will be issued after initiation.

1.3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information and inputs.

  • Ensure any data or content you upload does not infringe on third-party rights.

  • Use outputs solely for internal business purposes.

1.4. Intellectual Property

Background Intellectual Property: Rebecca Lynne Thorburn Consulting LLC (“Company”) retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its underlying methodologies, proprietary strategic frameworks, AI-prompt architectures, analysis techniques, and toolsets used to perform the services (collectively, “Background IP”). Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as a transfer of ownership of the Company’s Background IP to the Client.

Ownership of Deliverables: Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Company hereby assigns and transfers to the Client all rights, title, and interest in the specific final strategic report, including recommendations, messaging, and narrative outputs created specifically for the Client under a Statement of Work (the “Deliverables”).

Grant of License: To the extent that the Deliverables incorporate any of the Company’s Background IP, the Company grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use such Background IP solely as integrated into the Deliverables for the Client’s internal business purposes.

Usage Restrictions: The Client may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Deliverables or the Company’s Background IP to third parties for commercial gain.

  • Use the Company’s Background IP to create a competing strategic consulting service or automated tool.

  • Publicly share or publish the Company's proprietary frameworks or analysis methodologies beyond what is necessary for the implementation of the strategy within the Client’s organization.

1.5. Confidential Information & Client Data

We recognize that you may upload or provide sensitive business information ("Confidential Information") as part of working with us.

We commit to:

  • Use your Confidential Information solely for the purpose of delivering services.

  • Maintain commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data.

  • Not disclose your Confidential Information to third parties, except as required for service delivery (e.g., AI processing platforms) under strict confidentiality obligations.

However:

  • You acknowledge that AI-based processing involves third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) where data is processed but not stored or reused beyond session limits.

  • You are responsible for not sharing any data that violates confidentiality agreements you hold with other parties.

If requested, we will delete client-uploaded data and related outputs from our systems following project completion, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

1.6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business losses arising from use of our services or decisions based on our outputs.

1.7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services in cases of misuse, breach of terms, or inappropriate conduct.

1.8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

  • Service selections and project inputs via forms

  • Payment details (processed securely via third-party providers)
