ENTERPRISE TRUST + PARTNERSHIP GUIDELINES
DATA CONFIDENTIALITY
We recognize that you may share sensitive business information ("Confidential Information") as part of working with us.
We commit to:
Use your Confidential Information solely for the purpose of delivering services.
Maintain commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data.
Not disclose your Confidential Information to third parties, except as required for service delivery (e.g., AI processing platforms) under strict confidentiality obligations.
However:
You acknowledge that AI-based processing involves third-party platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) where data is processed but not stored or reused beyond session limits.
You are responsible for not sharing any data that violates confidentiality agreements you hold with other parties.
If requested, we will delete client-uploaded data and related outputs from our systems following project completion, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Background Intellectual Property: Rebecca Lynne Thorburn Consulting LLC (“Company”) retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its underlying methodologies, proprietary strategic frameworks, AI-prompt architectures, analysis techniques, and toolsets used to perform the services (collectively, “Background IP”). Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as a transfer of ownership of the Company’s Background IP to the Client.
Ownership of Deliverables: Upon receipt of full and final payment, the Company hereby assigns and transfers to the Client all rights, title, and interest in the specific final strategic report, including recommendations, messaging, and narrative outputs created specifically for the Client under a Statement of Work (the “Deliverables”).
Grant of License: To the extent that the Deliverables incorporate any of the Company’s Background IP, the Company grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use such Background IP solely as integrated into the Deliverables for the Client’s internal business purposes.
Usage Restrictions: The Client may not:
Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Deliverables or the Company’s Background IP to third parties for commercial gain.
Use the Company’s Background IP to create a competing strategic consulting service or automated tool.
Publicly share or publish the Company's proprietary frameworks or analysis methodologies beyond what is necessary for the implementation of the strategy within the Client’s organization.
AI USAGE + ETHICS: EXPERT-LED, MACHINE-AMPLIFIED
At Rebecca Lynne Thorburn Consulting LLC, we believe that AI is a powerful force multiplier, but it is not a substitute for strategic judgment. Our methodology is built on the core principle that AI amplifies expertise; it does not replace it.
To provide the transparency required for enterprise-level partnerships, we adhere to the following ethical guidelines:
1. Amplification over Automation
We do not use AI to generate "hands-off" strategy. We use our proprietary Ignite Engine—a custom-architected suite of AI prompts and analysis frameworks—to process massive datasets and simulate buyer journeys at a velocity traditional consultancies cannot match. The AI handles the computational heavy lifting, while Rebecca provides the strategic architecture and final synthesis.
2. The Human-in-the-Loop Standard
Every deliverable, from an AI Search Readiness Blueprint to a Competitive Narrative Playbook, is filtered through 30 years of GTM domain expertise. We verify every data point and refine every narrative nuance. We ensure that our outputs are not just "fast," but are anchored in the complex realities of human psychology and B2B buying cycles.
3. Data Privacy & Model Isolation
We respect the sensitivity of your internal data. We utilize "Zero-Retention" and "Private Instance" protocols wherever possible. Your proprietary information, Measurement IDs, and internal strategy documents are never used to train public Large Language Models (LLMs). Your data remains your data.
4. Mitigation of Algorithmic Bias
AI models can reflect inherent biases. We actively audit our engine’s outputs to ensure recommendations are objective, evidence-led, and grounded in current market data. We lead with questions, not pre-packaged robotic prescriptions.
5. Continuous Evolution
The AI search and visibility landscape changes weekly. We commit to the continuous refinement of our tools and a "snapshot in time" disclosure—ensuring our clients understand that while our insights are based on the most current LLM behaviors, we provide the human agility needed to pivot as the technology evolves.
PROJECT SECURITY
We maintain strict protocols to ensure your proprietary information is protected throughout the analysis and delivery process. Because our methodology involves the use of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), we prioritize data isolation and non-retention.
4.1. Secure Data Transmission
All client-provided data—including Google Analytics Measurement IDs, internal positioning documents, and competitor lists—is collected via encrypted channels. We utilize industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transfers to prevent unauthorized access during transit.
4.2. LLM Privacy & Non-Training Protections
To perform high-velocity audits, we interact with enterprise-tier LLM environments (such as OpenAI API, Anthropic Console, or Google Vertex AI). Our "Ignite Engine" is configured to ensure:
Zero-Training Clause: We utilize API-based environments and enterprise settings that explicitly opt-out of "Global Training." Your data is used solely to generate your specific deliverable and is never used to train or improve public AI models.
Data Masking: Where appropriate, we sanitize sensitive data points before processing to ensure that the LLM analyzes the context without needing access to restricted internal identifiers.
4.3. Access Control & Confidentiality
Access to client data is strictly limited to Rebecca Lynne Thorburn and authorized partners (e.g., Liaison Creative + Marketing) involved in the specific engagement. We do not sell, rent, or trade client information to third-party data aggregators.
4.4. Retention & Deletion
Upon the completion and successful delivery of your project, we maintain your data for a period of 90 days to support follow-on implementation. After this period, or upon written request, all client-uploaded raw data is permanently purged from our active processing systems, subject only to legal or financial record-keeping requirements.
