The AI Visibility Intensive is a facilitated working session for your leadership team — your CMO, VP, or Director of Marketing; one or two leaders from your product, content, or demand generation teams; and (for small businesses) your CEO or founder. Before we meet

Following a scoping call, you complete the AI Search Readiness Assessment + Blueprint intake. The assessment pipeline runs automatically — capturing how each AI model finds, describes, and benchmarks your brand against your competitors across dozens of simulated buyer queries. The initial version of your report is ready before we sit down.

Hour 1 — Your AI visibility reality check + market benchmark

My job is to translate this data into what it means for your pipeline.

Hour 2 — See it live

  • Typically 30 minutes. We'll cover your company, category, key competitors, virtual or in-person session, ideal attendees, and available dates. By the end of the call, we will have configured your assessment, answered all your questions, and scheduled the Intensive so your calendar invitation can go out the same day.

  • Minimal. The person completing the intake form should plan for 20–30 minutes. Everyone else shows up to the session — the preparation happens on my end.

  • The ideal group for an Intensive is a focused team of 3-5 leaders who are collectively responsible for the company's growth and market perception. The specific titles may vary by company size, but the roles are consistent:

    • For Startups and Small Businesses: This typically includes the CEO or Founder, the Head of Marketing, and a key member of the content or product team.

    • For Mid-Market and Enterprise Companies: The group often consists of the CMO or VP of Marketing, the Head of Content Strategy, the Head of Demand Generation, and a key Product Marketing Leader responsible for the solution being assessed.

It evaluates how AI models understand, describe, and surface that solution when your buyers are researching options. For companies with a broad portfolio of solutions, this focus is actually an advantage — it produces a sharper, more actionable result than a company-wide assessment would. During the scoping call, we'll identify which product or category to assess first. For smaller companies with one core solution or solution category, the Assessment + Blueprint or Intensive are essentially an assessment of your entire company’s website.

  • From start to finish, the preparation on our end takes approximately 4 to 6 business days after you submit your intake form. This ensures we have ample time to deliver a deeply researched and curated experience. The process includes:

    • Automated Assessment (24-48 hours): The AI Search Readiness Assessment pipeline runs, gathering all the raw data and scores.

    • Curation & Benchmarking (1-3 days): We analyze your results, curate the most critical prompt exhibits, and build your custom market benchmark charts against our industry dataset.

    • Final Preparation (1 day): We assemble your "Workshop Edition" materials and prepare for the live, facilitated session.

    Your Intensive is typically scheduled for at least one week after the intake form is submitted to accommodate this rigorous preparation process.

  • Yes—virtual is the default delivery format. The live demonstrations and collaborative work translate perfectly to a screen-sharing environment. We can conduct the session via Zoom or Google Meet, whichever your team prefers. The entire session is recorded and provided to you for future reference. On-site delivery is also available for teams that prefer an in-person experience, with travel expenses covered by the client.
